Silicone loop is surface-treated for comfortable to the touch, reducing stickiness and glossy.
There are a total of 14 built-in magnets inside the silicone loop. Three magnets are placed on each side of the neck near the sternocleidomastoid muscle (that diagonally connects the collarbone from the below ear). And eight magnets placed on the back of the neck.
